A turn of the century farm house nestled on five beautifully landscaped acres in Saratoga Springs, New York. Located directly across from Saratoga Perfoming Arts Center, 5 minutes to downtown, 8 minutes to the Track, 5 minutes to the Harness track and walk across route 50 to the State Park.
This 5,000 square foot, 6 bedroom, 5 bad Colonial mansion was part of an old inn in the 1800's. The amenities include pool, hot tub, massage and laundry facilities. Sit in comfort in one of four living areas with working fireplaces in two. A formal dining room and butler's complement the country kitchen. A beautiful wrap around porch is decorated with Adirondack furniture and swings.
More parking and walking area and privacy than the average guest house. Decorated with new furniture throughout and the thoroughbred horse racing channel on 4 TV's for the horse enthusiast, with a high speed DSL line for your internet needs, and satellite TV with 20 movie channels.
We are taking reservations May 1, 2003. This house is perfect for families and friends year-round or can be booked for private, corporate or wedding parties.

Reservations
One of two nights stays require FULL payment deposit. Only three nights or more require a 50% deposit (except special requests). Returned checks $30.00
Balance is due at check-in, checks, cash or credit cards. Guest are expected to pay for their entire reservation.
If you will arriving later that 9:00 p.m. please contact the inn.
Minimum stays may be requested at owner's discretion.
Rates are based on double occupancy and subject to NYS tax.
Range: $70.00 - $150.00 racing/room
Refund Policy
Your deposit applies to your entire stay. As we deal primarily with advance reservations, deposit will be refunded or applied to a new date, if cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival date. If not, deposit will be refunded, ONLY if we rent the room. Returned deposits are subject to a $10.00 service charge.
